| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay by card online, you may use the option to make a payment from your online bank account. Paying in this way attracts a 2% discount on the value of the goods (not including cost of shipping). If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling We use a variety of carriers depending on the product ordered, value and destination. Shipping is charged according to weight and size and we choose the method best suited to the particular delivery. For small items we use the Royal Mail first class packet service and for all but the lowest cost items we use the 'signed for' service. For larger items we use specialist carriers with tracked and insured service. Although a little more expensive, these provide security and traceability for valuable goods, and we find that this pays off both for our customers and ourselves. | Delivery Schedule We normally dispatch your order on the following business day to receipt. We will notify you of any likely delay beyond this as soon as we can, and no later than the end of business the day after receipt of order. We will use tracked shipping wherever practicable, although for low value orders we may use untracked Royal Mail services. You must check the delivery immediately on receipt and inform the delivery driver and us immediately if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
